These terms cover Ryzon Automation’s website design plans. By requesting a demo or starting a plan, you agree to them.
The free demo
- The demo is free, with no obligation to buy anything.
- We design a preview of your site, which can be ready as soon as the next day.
- Once your demo is sent, changes start when you pick a plan. If you’d like to see a completely different design before you decide, just ask.
Plans and pricing
What each plan includes is listed on the pricing section of our home page. [CONFIRM: billing method and renewal terms]
- Starter Website: $40/month or $400/year.
- Growth Package: $100/month or $1,000/year.
- Complete Package: $200/month or $2,000/year.
- Paying yearly gets you 2 months free on every plan.
- For a limited time, every plan is $0 upfront.
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime. If you cancel before your first year is up, the design files are not included.
Who owns the site
We own and manage the site for the first year. After that, if you decide to leave, we export your site files and deliver them to you to manage.
Changes and edits
- Complete Package: changes and additions are free for the life of your site.
- Starter and Growth: edits are handled per project. Simple tasks may be free depending on how long you’ve been with us. Everything else is quoted at $20/hour before work starts.
Your content
You’re responsible for the text, photos, and logos you give us, and for having the right to use them. We use them only to build and run your site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. [CONFIRM]
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
